Laganzo is willing to accept the return or exchange if there is any error with the product.
Follow below information about our return policy:
- We accept the return within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provided the item has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
- Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging.
If returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Return exceptions:

Gift Cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for paying any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return.

Return process:

- If you receive damaged products, defective items, please contact us at support@
laganzo.com to provide us some proof before sending them back.
- We will check exactly all matters with items and write back to you as quickly as possible.
- If your return is accepted, please send item(s) to us follow the address (we will provide through email).
- Please keep the tracking number for the return and provide it to us.

Refund:

- We will check all qualifies of returned item once we received back from you and issue a full refund for you immediately.
- Please wait 1-3 business days for a refund.
- If you do not receive a refund within the above time frame, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
